RLS can be distressing and uncomfortable not only for the person who had the issue but also for their partner too especially if the condition present itself worst during sleep-time!!
For the suffer it is said that Magnesium and B vitamins can be useful, or drinking tonic water during the day, eating bananas, applying heat to the legs, partner sleeping in another room……..and I am sure there are more helpful things that could be suggested……………… well I don’t really know about these things as I am not a herbalist, chemist or doctor, but I am a Hypnotherapist so I do believe that Hypnotherapy can be of help to both parties!
Hypnotherapy can help with relaxation of course, but also could help with getting to any underlying issues that the suffer may have that could be exacerbating the condition.
