I work either on a one to one basis or with small groups. Group work is usually around issues of stress management, self-hypnosis classes and a variety of workshops around many different issues.

An initial session with me is for two hours and then any subsequent session are usually for 55 minutes.

I offer ‘CalmBirth’ – a one-day course for prospective mum and birthing partner for a calmer birthing experience.

I also offer evening and weekend sessions to enable you to fit your session into your daily life. We can also discuss delivering therapy via SKYPE or Telephone instead of face to face if this is something you would require.
